Our goal is for you to be thoroughly delighted with your latest Madison Lily purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept its return or exchange within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in complete and original condition. We recommend retaining the original packaging until you are sure you are satisfied with your new rug.
Madison Lily Rugs will cover the cost of return shipping for non-sale items within the continental United States, but the original delivery cost will not be refunded. Please contact us at returns@madisonlily.com for all international returns.
In order to initiate a return, you must contact us at returns@madisonlily.com within 30 days of the original ship date. Our team will then arrange for UPS to collect the item from you, at the address of your choosing.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke rugs, as those items are custom-crafted to your specifications. In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale or clearance items.
For security reasons, all refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days from the date we receive the return for the refund to be processed, and note that processing times vary by the financial institution.
